	THE METHODIST HOSPITALS - MIDLAKE REHABILITATION CENTER Gary, Indiana Powers & Sons provided general construction services for this state of the art, medical rehabilitation facility. This new facility encompasses a hydro-therapy pool, a gym, office space, EMS training areas, meeting & conference areas. Unsuitable soil in the area of construction required pile driving to properly support the foundation. This unique design involved careful coordination for the construction of the intricate building features.
	THE METHODIST HOSPITALS - EMERGENCY ROOM ADDITION Gary, Indiana This project is one of many completed by Powers & Sons Construction for the Methodist Hospitals over the past fifteen years. This project consisted of a new 25,000 square foot Emergency Room and ancillary facilities.
	ADVOCATE SOUTH SUBURBAN HOSPITAL - INTENSIVE CARE UNIT ADDITION Hazel Crest, Illinois Powers & Sons and a joint venture partner, provided construction management services for this new 2-story (plus basement), steel and concrete building. The ground floor consists of cardiac rehabilitation and occupational therapy spaces. The second floor consists of 20 ICU rooms and ICU support space and the third floor consists of interstitial mechanical and shell space. All work had to be performed while the existing facility was in operation.
	HEALTHY EAST CHICAGO East Chicago, Indiana Construction Management Services were provided for the renovation of this 30,000 square foot, community health center. Construction amenities included skylights, upgraded flooring, and a state of the art HVAC, and Electrical systems.
	ADVOCATE CHRIST MEDICAL CENTER - PHYSICAL/OCCUPATIONAL THERAPY CLINIC Palos Heights, Illinois Powers & Sons provided construction management services for this new stand alone facility. This project consisted of the total renovation of an existing commercial space into a new medical facility. This new facility included a complete mechanical, electrical and plumbing service upgrade. The facility included a new sleep clinic, which added eight rooms, as well as new physical and occupational therapy spaces.
	ADVOCATE CHRIST MEDICAL CENTER – CENTER FOR BREAST CARE Oak Lawn, Illinois Powers & Sons provided construction management services for the relocation of this facility from the main campus to a separate standalone facility. This contract consisted of the complete renovation of an existing commercial building into a state of the art breast care facility. The project consisted of exam rooms, offices, mammography rooms, and a bone density scan room, a changing area and lobby/waiting area and site work.
